Ouano Refund and Return Policy Once an order is placedyou will receive an order confirmation via e-mail the same day of placing your order. This confirmation will provide you with your order number and indicate the total value of the merchandise purchased. Order processing begins as soon as your online purchase is completed. Your order will be processed in the order it is received. Once your credit card is approved and the shipping address is verified. Most orders will be processed within 2 – 5 business days after the order is placed. Once your order ships out, delivery times vary according to the location of your shipping address. Please note that business days are Monday-Friday, excluding U.S. holidays (All orders are shipped from California). Order tracking for orders shipped within the continental United States UPS tracking number will be included in your shipping confirmation e-mail so that you may track the status of your order at any time. Please note that all duties and extra charges are the responsibility of the recipient. Payment Options We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover cards. The credit card billing address must correct on the order page if different from the ship to address. RETURNS/ WARRANTY POLICY Your Ouano International product purchase comes with a thirty (30) day money back satisfaction guarantee that starts upon delivery of this shipment. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase , or your order is incomplete, incorrect, and/or damaged, please contact our Customer Satisfaction Department at 310.295.9555 Monday-Friday 9AM-5PM PST, or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org. Please have sales receipt available. You MUST either call the Customer Satisfaction Department or use our Ouano Online “Contact Us” Form within the 30 day period to receive a refund. Credit may be denied if there is no contact within this timeframe. Material Returns Defective Material: Normal wear and tear is not covered by this warranty. Ouano International cannot and will not accept items that are shown to have been abused, altered, or broken, whether accidental or intentional, even if within the 30 day warranty. Will be replaced free of charge if it is reported within 7 days of purchase date of material. All material and craftsmanship carries a 30 day warranty. Any product considered defective must be returned to Ouano International, shipping paid by the customer, to be inspected by our Quality Insurance Team. If our team agrees that the product is defective then the customer will be reimbursed for the shipping costs and new product will be shipped immediately. Material Shipped in Error: Will be credited in full or the correct product will be shipped once returned material is received and inspected. Material Ordered Incorrectly: Ouano International cannot and will not accept any items reported to be the incorrect sizing by the customer that is shown to have been worn and/or washed within the 30 day period. Shipping costs associated with the return of product incorrectly ordered is the responsibility of the customer only. The customer will be credited the full price of the product, minus shipping and handling fees once the returned material is received and inspected.
